My ok-ok Diwali

Happy Diwali, people!

Well, belated actually.
All in all, this was an okay-okay Diwali. Some problems were solved, some new cropped up.

The best I could come up with, due to my non-existent artistic skills.

Lats year's was better, I think.
No it was as bad.

I love how everything is enveloped in lights. And when I try to take a picture, sometimes it looks like there are colorful musical notes suspended in air. Like this:

And this:

This was the view from the eighth floor in my building last year.

Which were, unfortunately, simpler times than these.

Sigh.

Love,
Srishti

Really nice pictures, specially the 'suspended musical notes' one.
But you don't sound too happy. Is anything the matter?

@TUIB: Thank youu!! And Happy Diwali!

@Misanthropist: Happy Diwali to you too! And thanks :)

@Mishika: Thank you!<3 Yeah, I'm not feeling so good. Lonely :(

Whoa! How'd you capture the "suspended musical notes"?

High exposure, low shutter speed?

It's beautiful. Really.

Haha...actually, it was an accident.
If you look really closely, you can see a person in the photo.
I was trying to click my friend's photo and I think, my hand moved or something, the whole think blurred and voila!
The suspended musical notes came into being.
And now this sounds really stupid in front of 'high exposure, low shutter speed'.
Anyway, thank you! :)

Hi!

That second suspended musical note one is one of best pics I've ever seen in my life! Seriously!

And in the pic on the top why are the two set of swastiks mirror images of each other? Did you by any chance draw ulta swastik and then horizontally flipped it on the PC? Haaaw, Bhagwan is going to be unhappy about that! ;)

Hope, your Diwali blues are over by now, and that you've got back to studying and emailing people! ;)

TC.

I really don't know. I just drew the swastiks like that.
And thaank youu! BOTH the suspended musical notes pictures were accidents, haha.
It seems as if the best things that happen to people are by accident. :)
Yess. I've got back to e-mailing. :)
